Our Product: FactoryTwin
Our software platform FactoryTwin integrates and cleanses all sources of factory data—including ERP, PLM, QMS, spreadsheets, etc.—and builds a high fidelity model or the digital twin of the entire factory and its supply chain. It then applies advanced analytics to predict the future performance of the factory and prescribes strategies to optimize it. Our user interface simplifies complex factory physics and deep algorithms, and is easy to use by practitioners on the shop floor to the CEO. The insights available with FactoryTwin deliver a single source of truth in addition to predictive and prescriptive analytics.
National Science Foundation Recognition
Our cutting edge analytics and software have been awarded the Small Business Innovation Research Award by the National Science Foundation. We received a $250,000 Phase I grant from the National Science Foundation to support our goal of developing optimization strategies to improve U.S. competitiveness in aerospace manufacturing. There is a 10% success rate for NSF Phase I awards.
We have also been awarded an additional $1M for Phase II to scale up and further commercialize our FactoryTwin software. This innovative tool can be leveraged to reduce product cost, improve delivery, and increase cash flow. FactoryTwin is the outcome of this tremendous support from the NSF under their Small Business Innovation and Research (SBIR) program. There is a 1% - 2% success rate for NSF Phase II awards.
