Advisory Aerospace OSC, LLC, doing business as FactoryTwin (“FactoryTwin,” “we,” “us”), operates https://www.factory-twin.com (the “Site”) and provides the FactoryTwin Factory Intelligence Platform. FactoryTwin is a trade name of Advisory Aerospace OSC, LLC. This policy explains what personal information we collect through the Site and in connection with our sales and marketing activities, how we use it, and the choices you have. It does not govern the data our customers load into the FactoryTwin platform; that data is handled under the customer’s agreement with us.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us: name, business email, phone number, company, job title, and any message you send when you request a demo, contact us, register for a webinar or download content.
Information collected automatically: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring page, and approximate location, collected through cookies and similar technologies.
Information from other sources: business contact information from publicly available sources or business networking platforms, and from event organizers when you attend a conference or webinar.

2. How we use information

To respond to your requests and schedule demos.
To provide, secure, and improve the Site and our products.
To send you information about FactoryTwin, where permitted by law. You can unsubscribe at any time.
To measure Site performance and marketing effectiveness.
To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

3. How we share information

We do not sell personal information. We share it with service providers who help us run the Site and business (for example Wix for website hosting and forms, Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager for analytics, and Usercentrics for consent management), with professional advisers, in a merger or sale of the business, or when required by law.

4. Cookies and similar technologies

We use cookies that are strictly necessary for the Site to work, and, with your consent, cookies for analytics and marketing. Our consent banner, provided by Usercentrics, lets you accept, reject or customize categories. You can also block cookies in your browser, though parts of the Site may not work. Where supported, we honor Global Privacy Control signals.

5. Retention

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above, including to meet legal, accounting or reporting requirements. For example, we delete or anonymize sales inquiry and contact records after 24 months of inactivity.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example, California and other U.S. states), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or port your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, to opt out of targeted advertising or sharing, and to withdraw consent. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights. To make a request, email contact@factory-twin.com. We may need to verify your identity, and you may appeal a decision by replying to our response.

8. Where information is processed

We are based in the United States, and information is processed in the United States and in other countries where our service providers operate.

9. Children

The Site is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their personal information.

10. Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party sites (for example, LinkedIn and YouTube). We are not responsible for their privacy practices.

11. Changes

We may update this policy and will post the new version here with a new “Last updated” date.
