G-Force Manufacturing Completes FactoryTwin Implementation in Just 25 Hours of Their Team's Time, Strengthening Workforce Planning and Operational Foresight

If you’re not doing it, someone else will. That’s why we’re harnessing data, to stay competitive and impactful.

Hopkins, MN — December 2025 — G-Force Manufacturing, a division of Goodwill Southeast Georgia, has successfully completed its FactoryTwin deployment in just 25 hours of their team's time, enabling the organization to move from reactive operations to proactive, data-driven planning with new levels of decision confidence.

G-Force blends purpose with production by creating meaningful employment opportunities for individuals facing barriers to work. As operations scaled, the organization confronted challenges common to mid-sized manufacturers, including order inaccuracies, inconsistent scheduling, and limited visibility into future capacity needs. These issues created operational delays and constrained both commercial performance and community impact.

To overcome these obstacles, G-Force implemented FactoryTwin’s Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) and Digital Continuous Improvement (CI) modules. With these capabilities, the team can now leverage long-range purchase order visibility, forecast labor requirements with accuracy, and anticipate space and production line needs ahead of aerospace industry cycles. The platform also provides leaders with the ability to validate decisions and outcomes using real-time data.

“We’re starting to look proactively towards the future. With FactoryTwin, we can use past data to predict what’s next,” said Eric Nolan of G-Force Manufacturing.

Since implementation, the organization has reduced order-processing errors and associated costs, improved readiness for demand fluctuations, and strengthened its ability to support its mission of expanding employment opportunities. Leadership now operates with clearer foresight and greater operational precision.

“If you’re not doing it, someone else will. That’s why we’re harnessing data to stay competitive and impactful,” Nolan added.

With FactoryTwin, G-Force is better positioned to meet customer expectations, respond to industry cycles, and scale its mission with confidence.
